CngxFilterBuilderGroupTemplate

Full group-shell override. Replaces the wrapper around a group (logic toggle, negation, add / remove controls) while the builder still renders the nested rows inside. Context: group, logic, isRoot, setLogic(), toggleNegated(), addFilter(), addGroup(), remove().
